Key Voting Information: FAQ
In response to the coronavirus pandemic, the State of Illinois has expanded the options to vote in this election. The safest way to vote is by voting from home.
Key Voting Dates
August 5th: Vote by mail applications mailed out to specific voters
September 24th: Vote by mail ballots mailed out
October 19th: Early vote begins at designated locations (early vote begins even earlier at the Lake County Clerk's office)
October 29th: Final day to request a vote by mail ballot (by 5pm)
November 3rd: Election day! Vote by mail ballots must be postmarked by this date.
